Panic attack or anxiety attack
A person having a panic attack may show the following
symptoms:
- The person may starts sweating excessively.
- He starts shaking.
- He gets out of breath.
- He may chock.
- He starts having nausea.
- He starts feeling dizziness.
- He may experiences chest pain.
- His heart starts racing.
Whenever you are having a
panic attack you should do the following:
- Pay attention to what is going on.
- Take deep breaths.
- Think realistic. Don’t imagine things in your head.
When the person near you
is having a panic attack:
- Be supportive.
- Don’t ever say anything like be relax or calm down. Calming down for them may be not easy and they may become more panic.
- Ask them what they want to do and allow them to do that.
